Ramsey Health Centre is committed to achieving the highest standards of patient care and in doing so we have established a Patient Reference Group (PRG) to work alongside our Patient Participation Group (PPG).

As a member of our PRG we aim to involve you in decisions about the range and quality of services provided and, overtime commissioned the Practice.

Although we currently meet with our PPG members on a regular basis to discuss such matters, this is not truly representative of our entire patient population.  We recognise many of our patients have busy working days, mobility issues, child care responsibilities etc and are unable to commit their time to the more formal PPG.  It is hoped that by contacting you periodically by email we can include your views, opinions and thoughts on our services and enable you to directly influence our delivery.
