E-Repeat

We are always seeking better ways to serve our patients. Our aim is to make access to health services as easy as possible. We also aim to minimise the effect health changes have upon the individual.

One of the initiatives we have come up with is e-repeat - an email based repeat request service. You can email your repeat requests to the surgery and we will aim to have your repeat medication or prescription ready for collection within 48 hours (excluding weekend and bank holidays etc.) Please note that this service is only for repeat requests.

Terms & Conditions

1) E-repeats are only available for patients of Ramsey Health Centre (RHC).

2) E-repeats are ONLY FOR NON URGENT repeats only - see timescales above.

3) Your IP (computer) address will be logged for security.

4) Any abuse of the system will not be tolerated.

5) RHC will try and ensure that any reply email is not infected, but this cannot be guaranteed.

6) As with any other information on the world wide web, email must not be considered secure.

7) Your email address will be stored by RHC as part of your secure confidential patient record, if you do not want us to store your address please let us know.

8) Occasionally we may send you relevant information regarding your health (eg a patient newsletter) - we will not release your email to third parties.

The internet is not secure, and the transmission of data to request medication is entirely at the patient's own risk. The practice accepts no responsibility for breaches in confidentiality resulting from patients' transmissions.
