Anonymous Call Barring

Do you have call barring at home? If so, the practice may have trouble contacting you. You may wish to consider adding the surgery numbers to your preferred list.

HEALTH CENTRE OPENING TIMES

Monday to Friday
08:00 – 18:00
Between 12:30 and 13:30 the practice is open for emergencies only.

To access all of our services you can speak to a member of our Patient Services Team either by telephone or in person. There is only one telephone number to remember - 01487 812611. At certain times during the daytime hours your call may be redirected to an answer phone which will give you an alternative number to call if you need urgent medical help. This will be answered promptly by one of our staff. If you visit us in person between 08.00 and 18.00 and you need urgent medical help, but our front door is closed, please ring the bell and we will be able to help you.

	E - Repeat You can email your repeat requests to the surgery and we will aim to have your repeat medication or prescription ready for collection within 48 hours, click for more information.
	Smoking Questionnaire Please take a couple of minutes to fill in our smoking questionnaire whether you smoke or not. This will enable us to quickly and easily update your patient records with your smoking status, click for more information.
